Join the fun Team TPEP's Sana, Adeeba and Maryam for three days of fun, learning and relaxation!
The Place
An all-inclusive relaxing retreat in the mountains of Virginia, U.S.A. Like they say, Virginia is for lovers- this is an absolutely gorgeous and serene resort with a spa, gym, a greenhouse, outdoor hikes and all sorts of other fun things!
The Plan
Day 1
3pm: Meet and greet
4:00-6:30pm: Introduction to Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness
7:00pm: Dinner with Team TPEP
Day 2
10am: Nature walk and meditation
11am-1:30pm: Handling Triggers
1-4pm: Lunch/Therapies break
4:30-6:30pm: Healing Ourselves
8:00-9:30pm: Finding the Joy in Motherhood
Day 3
10am: Guided hike with resort
2:30pm-7:00pm: Self-care, Boundaries and Belonging
8pm: Gup shup at the bonfire
What is included?
Lodging
Based on double occupancy. If you want a private room, please let us know. There's an additional $300 charge for it.
Meals
The delectable meals are prepared with local and organic ingredients. All the meals are provided and are vegetarian.
Our Workshops
We're so excited about doing our famously fun and interactive workshops at the retreat. This retreat will include daily workshops with Maryam, Sana and Adeeba. The workshops will cover various topics under the umbrella of Respectful Parenting and Trauma Healing.
Relaxing Therapies
The resort is including FIVE complimentary therapies in our group package. These includes 1 Ayurvedic Therapy or 1 Spa Therapy per night booked - so a total of 3 therapies for each of you as part of your 3 night stay. Two additional included therapies are:
