Afra works as a BACP certified psychotherapist and trauma-informed parenting coach who supports parents of children of all ages. Her work is rooted in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of how early experiences shape behavior.

She helps parents make sense of what’s happening beyond the behaviours of their children, and how to respond with clarity and compassion. She also priorities in helping parents work through their own emotional patterns and become more self aware.

The program will be delivered in a mix of Urdu and English.
